Dr. Joel Nshisso

Dr. Joel Nshisso possesses extensive expertise in the fields of international business, higher education, and strategic consulting. He currently serves as Foreign Trade Consultant and Advisor to the Minister of International Trade of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where he provides strategic counsel on advancing the nation’s export promotion and investment initiatives within the framework of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). In this capacity, he is responsible for maintaining, cultivating, and managing strategic relations in the United States with governmental institutions, private sector actors, and the Congolese diaspora, on behalf of the Minister.

Dr. Nshisso is an accomplished international business and management consultant with a proven track record of guiding multinational corporations through the complexities of global market expansion, organizational growth strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.

His academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International Business from Northcentral University, a Master’s degree in Management from Strayer University, and a Certificate in Global Diplomacy from the University of London. His academic career encompasses teaching appointments at leading higher education institutions, where he has delivered courses in leadership, management, and international business, with a particular emphasis on innovation, student engagement, and curriculum development.
