Mr. Jacky Mizele

Jacky joined Community Bank, N. A (CBNA) in February 2023 as Head of CBNA Pennsylvania(PA) Government Banking and Treasury Management Solutions. In this role, he led all business development efforts to deliver best-in-class banking solutions to the bank’s top-tier clients across its Pennsylvania footprint.

As of October 2025, following the bank’s expansion into new markets, Jacky serves as Head of CBNA Pennsylvania Government Banking. He now leads all efforts to provide comprehensive banking solutions to the bank’s government and public sector clients throughout Community Bank’s footprint in PA.

From January 2019 to February 2023, Jacky served as Managing Director and CEO of LUFIRA Capital Group, a boutique consulting firm based in Hong Kong that connects Asian investors with bankable projects across Africa. LUFIRA Capital Group supports its clients through a distinctive strategy that provides tactical guidance at the highest levels of decision-making. Jacky continues to serve the firm as a Senior Advisor.

Before joining LUFIRA Capital Group, Jacky served as Director and Regional Chief Operating Officer for Citigroup’s(Citi) Asia Pacific Public Sector Group (PSG). Having joined Citi in 2004, he gained extensive international banking experience through a series of diverse roles over the course of his global career with the firm.

In this capacity, Jacky worked closely with global and in-country PSG teams to drive thought leadership, innovation, and scalable solutions across Citi’s client base, including sovereigns, supranationals, state-owned enterprises, and local governments. In addition, he served as a senior coverage banker for public sector clients, delivering the full suite of Citi’s products across Banking, Markets, and Treasury Solutions. Drawing on his experience across both regions, Jacky also spearheaded Citi’s Asia–Africa Initiative, partnering with product teams and local bankers to identify prospective business opportunities and facilitate strategic coordination across markets.

Before his role with the Public Sector Group, Jacky worked in New York with Citi’s International Franchise Management (IFM) team. In this capacity, he helped strengthen Citi’s global governance best practices and conducted in-depth due diligence reviews of several key franchises, including Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, Mexico, Japan, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, and Thailand. Before joining International Franchise Management, Jacky conducted operational analyses and played a key role in the efforts to enhance existing control processes as a member of the Global Internal Control Group within Citi Private Bank.

Jacky is an avid volunteer who actively supports a variety of community initiatives, including St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen, Big Brothers Big Sisters campaigns, Fork Over Love, Camp, Freedom, student mentorship, and the Cancer Wellness Center of NEPA. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Northeast Core Class of 2024. Jacky holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Wilkes University and a BA in Economics from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania. In addition, he serves as a Board Member of Junior Achievement of NEPA.
